How To Order

1. Samples
If you would like a sample of any of our designs, please contact us via our ‘contact’ page . Samples will be made from stock items and cost £3.95 each including post and packaging. Payment must be received before we commence making your sample.

2. Invitations & Stationery
If you wish to place an order direct off the website, we just need you to email us via the ‘contact’ page outlining a few details –

1. Your wedding date.

2. The design you would like to order.
3. The quantities of each item you would like to order.
4. When you require your order by.

If you require more than one stationery item we do recommend that you order all your stationery items at once with an estimated number for Order of Service, Menu, Place Cards etc. This is so that we can order all the necessary items in one go to keep costs down, ensure colour matching and continuity of your design. This will also allow us to diary your work schedule.

Please note: we do have a minimum quantity order of 20 for any one item (except menus if ordered with other stationery items). When ordering wedding invites, place cards, table numbers, table plans, etc. in one order, we will split your order so that all of your ‘on the day’ stationery can be personalised one month before your wedding day. As a result, this will incur an additional delivery charge if we are posting your order out.

3. Payment
Once you have placed your order with us we will require a 50% deposit before we order any goods. This is to cover the cost of the items required, and the the time, care and attention taken to create your proofs. Once the proofs have been signed off by you we will then require the final 50% to start making your stationery.

Payment can be made via personal cheque, postal order, on-line transfer or PayPal*.  When we know your preferred method of payment we will provide the necessary details.  Work on your order will not commence until payment has cleared.

*Please note that to cover current paypal fees, a charge of 3.4% will be added to your total order.

Once your order has been received we will work with you on colour(s), wording, fonts etc. and will then make up a proof (final sample) for you within 7 – 10 days. Proofs enable you to check that all the information is correct and the invitation is presented as you would like it. As standard, one (1) set of changes can be made at no extra cost; any alterations over this will be liable for extra costs.
NOTE: While we will make every effort at our end to make sure that there are no spelling mistakes or other errors, it is YOUR responsibility to check the wording, spelling and grammar on all the stationery. Once we receive your approval, we will go to print production. In the event of any mistakes spotted after printing has started, extra costs will be incurred.

4. Artwork Approval
You must approve each part of your order via email. No order is sent to print without your confirmation. We aim to process orders within 1-2 weeks of approval (depending on quantities). From start to finish your order process time should be approximately 3-4weeks. If orders are especially urgent, we will always try our best to accommodate this but additional charges may be incurred.

5. Delivery
Your order will be sent via tracked parcel post and a signature will be required on delivery. If you wish, orders can be collected directly from our premises in Blackburn, Lancashire.
